Give us a call to discuss your computer and IT related problems. Our engineers will be on hand to give you an idea of the likely issue and estimated costs to fix your computer.
Call Out Charge
£25 + Vat
Includes home visit to diagnose your computer problem and free delivery should we need to take your equipment away with us back to our state of the art repair labs to fix the problem.
Hourly Charges
£60 + Vat
Our hourly charges are fully transparent so you can budget for the likely cost of fixing your computer and IT equipment. We’ll always provide a rough estimate for your peace of mind.
Parts
£ at cost
We are not in the business of marking up computer and IT equipment. Computer equipment is a commodity product these days, so we always aim to source the most cost effective solutions.
Estimated Costs
For all work we like to provide an estimate cost of the work involved to solve the issue. We can generally give you a rough idea on the initial phone consultation for the work involved to fix the issue. Please note though, this is an estimate which is likely to change once we start to fully investigate the issue.
Repairs
Problems aim to be resolved on-site, although this is not always possible. As such, we often bring your equipment back to our repair shop to fix the problems and return to you once fixed.
Guarantee
Our no fix, no fee guarantee means that you’ll never pay a penny if we cannot fix your computer problems.
Warranty
All our work comes with a 3 month warranty should the computer problem reoccur again. All our parts come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
Out of Hours Charges
For those struggling to be available during out standard opening hours, we can be available to collect and return your computer equipment at a time suitable for you from 5pm till 9pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays and Sundays from 9am till 9pm as needed. There is an additional charge for this service which is £25 + VAT. We cannot work on-site during out of hours, as such, all equipment will need to be taken back to our state of the art repair labs for inspection and repair.
Sourcing Service
Need help choosing the right computer and IT equipment for your home use? Why not take advantage of our in-house expertise to recommend the perfect equipment for your needs. Our sourcing service is just 10% of the total purchase cost.
Priority Turnaround
In a rush to get your computer equipment back? Then we have available a priority turnaround service available to get your devices back to you as quickly as you need. When problems can be fixed on-site easily, these prices do not apply as that is covered by our standard hourly pricing. The prices below are for dealing with more complex problems that require us to bring your computer equipment back to our state of the art repair labs.
Standard Turnaround: 7 Days
24 Hour Turnaround: £50 + VAT
Same Day Fix: £100 + VAT
